Who We Are

Ride With Your Tribe is a horse riding and outdoor activity safety platform. We use SMS messaging exclusively for safety-related notifications to protect our riders and their emergency contacts.

How We Collect Consent (Opt-In)

SMS consent is collected through our digital Liability Waiver form at ridewithyourtribe.com/LiabilityWaiver. Each message type has its own separate, standalone opt-in checkbox:

Each opt-in is independent and optional — riders may consent to one, some, or none, and may participate in activities without opting in to SMS. The date and time of consent is recorded when the waiver is submitted.

The opt-in page displays required disclosures alongside each checkbox: message frequency, "Msg & data rates may apply," STOP to opt out, HELP for help, and links to our Privacy Policy and this SMS Policy. No phone numbers are sold, shared, or rented to third parties.

Types of SMS Messages We Send

We only send the following types of messages:

• •Overdue Rider Alerts — sent to an emergency contact when a rider has not returned within their expected time window.
• •SOS Emergency Alerts — sent to an emergency contact when a rider manually triggers an SOS or a fall is detected.
• •GPS Tracking Links — sent to an emergency contact so they can monitor a rider's real-time location during a session.
• •Membership & Payment Links — sent to riders to complete their membership registration.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on activity. Safety alert messages are only triggered by real-time events (overdue sessions, SOS triggers). You will not receive more than a few messages per riding session unless an ongoing emergency condition persists.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-enable messages, reply START.

Privacy

Your phone number is used solely for the safety notification purposes described above. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to any third parties.
