Alert System Only. The clock-in/clock-out and notification features are provided solely as a convenience tool to alert a designated contact if you have not returned within a specified time. This is not a rescue service, emergency response system, or substitute for professional safety measures.
GPS Tracking — Not a Guarantee. This app includes a GPS Trail Tracker feature to help you record your route. However, GPS accuracy is not guaranteed, particularly in dead zones, areas with poor cell service, dense tree coverage, or remote terrain where signal may be weak or unavailable. If you are in a dead zone, GPS data may be inaccurate, delayed, or completely unavailable. Do not rely solely on this app for navigation or safety. Always inform others of your plans, carry appropriate safety gear, and have a backup plan.
Phone Screen Must Remain Active. Automatic fall detection and live GPS tracking require the app to be open and your phone screen to be unlocked and active. If your phone screen locks during a session, these safety features will pause until the screen is woken up. Ride With Your Tribe is not responsible for any failure to detect a fall or report a location if the device is locked, the app is backgrounded, or the screen turns off during a session.
Offline / No Cell Service — No Liability for Death. If your device is offline, in a dead zone, or has no cell service at the time an alert should be sent, the notification system will fail and no alert will be sent to your emergency contact. In this scenario, Ride With Your Tribe and its operators are NOT LIABLE for any injury, death, or damages that may result from the failure of alerts to transmit due to offline or dead zone conditions. You acknowledge and accept this risk by using this application.
🚨 Does NOT Replace Emergency Services or Calling 911. This application is NOT a substitute for calling 911 or emergency services. In case of an emergency, accident, or life-threatening situation, you must call 911 immediately. This app is a convenience tool only and does not provide emergency response, rescue services, or medical assistance. Do not rely on this app instead of professional emergency services.
