1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ride With Your Tribe platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Ride With Your Tribe is a horse riding and outdoor activity safety management platform. The Platform provides tools for session tracking, GPS trail recording, emergency notifications, membership management, and community features for riders and barn operators.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

4. Liability Waiver Requirement

All riders must complete and sign the digital Liability Waiver before participating in any riding or outdoor activity tracked through the Platform. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that horse riding and outdoor activities carry inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for your participation.

5. Membership & Payments

Memberships are billed on a monthly basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• •Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• •Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• •Free trials are limited to one per rider and expire after 24 hours.
• •Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

6. SMS Messaging Program

Ride With Your Tribe operates an SMS messaging program for safety-related notifications. This section describes the program; it is not a request for consent. SMS consent is obtained only through the separate, standalone checkboxes on our Liability Waiver page, where each message type has its own independent opt-in. Full details are available in our SMS Policy.

The following message types are available, each requiring its own separate opt-in:

• •Overdue Return Notifications — text messages sent to your emergency contact if you have not returned within your expected time window.
• •SOS Emergency Alerts — text messages sent to your emergency contact when you manually trigger an SOS.
• •Safety Concern Alerts — text messages sent to your emergency contact when you indicate you feel unsafe.

Each opt-in is independent and optional — you may consent to one, some, or none, and may participate in activities without opting in to SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance.

7. GPS & Location Data

The Platform may collect GPS location data during active riding or activity sessions for safety tracking purposes. This data is used solely to provide real-time location sharing with designated emergency contacts and is not sold or shared with third parties.

8. User Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including emergency contact details.
• •You must not misuse the SOS or emergency alert features.
• •You are responsible for following all safety guidelines at your riding facility.
• •You must not share your account credentials with others.

9. Barn Operators

Barn operators who list their facilities on the Platform are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including horse availability, pricing, and services offered. Ride With Your Tribe is not liable for any disputes between riders and barn operators. Barn subscriptions are subject to the same payment terms described in Section 5.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ride With Your Tribe provides safety tools as a convenience and does not guarantee the prevention of accidents or injuries. The Platform is not a substitute for proper safety training, appropriate equipment, or professional supervision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ride With Your Tribe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Ride With Your Tribe and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us through the Platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
